By creating a profile and submitting your information, thoughts, testimonials, original artwork, images, blog postings and video here, you are confirming that the materials you submit are either a) your original work b) not your original work but you certify that you have obtained ownership rights of these documents, statements or information, images or videos and c) you have all rights of use and transference to the intellectual property of these statements, artworks, images or videos. You also consent to the use of this information, likenesses, images or videos by Kali Protectives, its sales agents, distributors and employees for zero remuneration for the work that you submit for an unlimited time period and scope of use.

You hereby grant to KP, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Kali Protectives, LLC") the exclusive right and license to unlimited use of you in any media throughout the world for all forms of Advertisements and Endorsements. You waive any right to inspect and approve any finished Advertisements or Endorsements. Kali Protectives, LLC will own all rights and copyrights in all Advertisements and Endorsement and related materials produced pursuant to this Agreement. You hereby assign all rights to such works to Kali Protectives. You acknowledge that you do not have and will not assert any right, title or interest in any Endorsement, Advertisement or related material produced pursuant to this Agreement.

The sole purpose of displaying your profile, submitted information, artwork, images or videos is to promote yourself and Kali Protectives. Kali Protectives is free to use or remove any and all content you submit for any reason whatsoever.
